Purchase Process:

These apartments can be secured with a cash deposit of 10% of the purchase price with the remaining 90% not due until project completion.

These apartments can be purchased by non-resident investors (as can all of our listed projects).

Non-resident investors can generally obtain local Australian funding (subject to normal bank lending criteria etc) for up to 80% of the value of the property, borrowing in Australian currency and paying the local Australian interest rates.

Non-resident investors can generally obtain multi-currency funding (subject to normal bank lending criteria etc) for up to 70 to 75% of the value of the property, borrowing in their local currency.
