211 Dorcas South Melbourne: A small boutique project of just 28 apartments, located in the heart of South Melbourne, just off the cafes and shops of Clarendon Street. Sold in mid 2010 and due to complete inmid 2012.
Trilogi Apartments Prahran: Very well located and many apartments offering some very pleasant city & Bay views. Apartments in Prahran tend to be in high demand and these off the plan apartments were no exception, selling very quickly. Sold in mid 2010 and expected to complete in late 2012.
The Guilfoyle Apartments – Southbank Melbourne: Fabulously designed 1 & 2 bedroom off plan apartments, many with excellent North facing city views. Easy access to the CBD and very close to the Botanical Gardens. These apartments were sold off the plan in early 2010 and are expected to complete in late 2012.
ILK Apartments – South Yarra: A very high quality off plan apartment project, with an excellent mix of well designed floor plans. This project sold very well, both to those looking for an investment property and those looking to owner occupy. Ideally located within South Yarra, one of Melbourne’s premiere locations. Sold off plan in early 2010 and due to complete in 2013.
East Village Apartments - Little Bay Sydney: These boutique heritage listed apartments, offerred a mix of large one & two bedroom options built within shell of the old nurses quarters at the ex Prince Henry Hospital site. Fabulous coastal location and just 12kms from the CBD. Sold in late 2009 and due to complete in 2011.
Top Ryde City Apartment - Top Ryde Sydney: Stage one of the residential release offerred an excellent mix of well sized 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Many with stunning views, including views back to the Sydney CBD, which is located just 11.5kms from the site. Sold from August 2009 and due to complete in early 2012.
Lilli Aapartments - South Yarra: A high quality project in a superb investment position, located within walking distance to the rail station in an area that is undergoing significant redevelopment. Sold from late 2008 and due to complete in 2011.

one completed in May/June 2009.

access to Melbourne CBD. Sold in early 07 and completed in early
2009.
